this video is a 45 minute guided nap for when you are in need of some rest and relaxation, but aren't ready for a full night's sleep. Perfect for when you are working, studying, focusing or just in the middle of a busy day! I will gently wake you up at the end, but if you a deep sleeper, I do recommend setting an alarm just to be safe.

I have binge watched Hey Friends ASMR’s guided naps 100s of times. He does amazing! I’ve got to say that the same concept applied with a female whisper is also amazing. Great video! Loved the whispers through out and the triggers you chose ❤
