I was almost panicking after not being able to find those nap videos, which btw are still not referenced in searches while searching for "guided nap asmr" hopefully this channel grows back quickly to solve that issue Thank you for your videos they're an immense help to my well-being

When you said wake up..I hit snooze lol. Girl this was so good. I used this on my lunch break and was out. It usually takes me like 10 minutes to actually fall asleep. But I went in the first few minutes. Last thing I remember you saying was “take a deep breath in and out.”

Please make one for 2hrs or 3hrs long. Like that nap from 23h00 so you can wake up at 1 or 2am and study before your assessment/submission at 9 am
