The second one definitely gave off restaurant vibes, that one room (the one where you weren't sure if it was a safe or pantry) looks like a walk in refrigerator like what we have have in fastfood, the thickness of the door and the button to get out is similar haha
Right??? It's so bizarre to find out it actually IS intended to be for one family. A family of 6, no less. That's not THAT many people???? Why do you need so much space?!?!
That's so fun! I love that people can do that which is why I kind of try to split them into house chapters. I hope you enjoyed this one, I think it's my personal favorite. But then I think I enjoy each one more than the last 😂
Hey Allison! I don’t comment a lot but I wanted to express my gratitude for you. I just graduated highschool and this new chapter in my life has been very challenging. I have really bad anxiety and some depression recently and have been struggling to sleep because of it. I think you are the only asmrtist that I get tingles from every single video! I’m not sure if this makes sense but I always feel a sense of comfort and safety whenever I watch your videos. I think it’s just a mixture of your lovely personality and ur lofi relaxing videos. Sometimes even if I may not want to sleep I still watch your videos to relax and unwind. Not only are they relaxing but I love watching you play games and appreciate how much effort and creativity you put into your videos. Like this video for example, I’ve always loved house browsing online and asmr. This vid is the best combination! Thank you ❤
Hi!! A HUGE congratulations on graduating, we're so proud of you! Transitioning from high school to 'adulthood' is absolutely a challenge, you are not alone in feeling that way. My own was very difficult and I went through very bad bouts of depression and anxiety, which I've talked a lot about here. It's a huge change and the feeling of this vast world that you've been dropped into is enough to make anyone anxious. I'm really happy that I'm able to bring you some comfort!! Feel free to comment whenever, whether you want advice or just a virtual hug, you'll always be welcome here ❤
House #4 is so precious, it's the kind of cosy and welcoming to kids you don't see a lot in most of these rich homes. I completely agree with you on a lot of them seeming sterile. That one looks really cosy and the view is amazing...
Yeah, that one almost feels worth the price tag to me! I would have a lot of fun staying there for like a week or so and enjoying the surrounding area.
Being spooked by 70/80s spaces is that Liminal Space fear for real. Edit; Dude the more I saw of that house the more confused I got. It looked like a restaurant and a middle-school collided with a ranch somewhere. Like 9 different horror movie sets in one. There was a lot of half-finished spaces as well, wonder if it's just been up for sale for a long time and renovations have been halted.
My family was from Puerto Rico and we lived there for a time, not even anywhere near this level of housing lol. But I loved living there with all of my cousins within walking or a 10 minute drive distance. Some of my fondest memories are living there.
the second house is insanely creepy... the layout and architectural details make no sense and the lighting is so eerie and dim.. who made this???? who made these choices?? this is the uncanny valley of houses
the 2nd would be so cool if it was updated! but i still love how it’s like a time capsule, the furniture, staircases, wallpaper, framing, even the GREEN CARPETS OMFG so cool tbh just seeing how far home improvement has gone from past to present
So I did alittle looking and the pantry/safe was made by Premco machine co by the label who were known for making refrgieration equipment so that definitely at one time was a walkin fidge/freezer. 😂
I love these videos because I can fall asleep but you’re so detailed and fun and engaging that I truly watch for the entire time now and make myself stay awake 😂
i don’t know if its just me but i get such bad vibes from the middle floor and those little dark rooms everywhere gonna go in a spiral researching this place now lol
from some basic sleuthing, I think the previous owner of the Southlake, TX castle is a family that made most of their money through a wellness MLM scheme... very interesting!
My fav was weirdly the first Nevada one, I love plush carpet, wood paneling and mountains and I love liminal spaces like The Backrooms too, and that would be the closest thing to living in one. But I am weird like that so lol. The Texas faux-castle was kind of repulsive to me, like it was trying too hard to be over the top, a bit like that Canadian all-white mansion but it was over the place. My ranking to live is: 2, 4, 1, 7, 8, 3, 5, 6. I'm factoring in geography too. The Vegas one only last coz it kinda gave me a migraine 🙈 But it would be cool to stay in all of them.
The 5th house @ $7.8 Million Dollars in Southlake, Texas is my #1 favorite place! I am a sucker for Castle's, and i would definitely feel as though I was a Royal Princess!
idk thos seems like great asmr for my adhd always busy woth another room and ur mostly not gonna get bored for more than a minute bcs theres smth after the next and after that theres another things and so on
Although the Bay Bridge is overall longer (having mutiple spans/bridges) than the Golden Gate Bridge the span of the Golden Gate (distance between 2 towers) is much longer at 4,200 feet vs 2,310 feet, and it's alot taller aswell, the Golden Gate Bridge was by far the biggest/longest span out of any bridge when it was built in 1937
I couldn’t help myself so I googled it and found out what it says on the mirror “MountCharles CoDonegal” . Mountcharles is apparently a small town in the Irish county of Donegal, that combined with the pub, and the maps of Ireland on the wall??? Idk it adds a whole other layer of questions for me??? What is this weird house and what does it have to do with a small Irish town??
Those wooden features are so terrible, the doors, the cabinets... that house looks so uncomfortable to live in, where is the cosyness? The only thing I do like a lot is the indoor pool. And the big shower is a turkish bath, I believe
1000% get those vibes too. I actually looked it up and APPARENTLY it was actually made for just one family.... hm. If you google Tulach Na Greine you can read about it!
Being a Brit living in the US, I'll never get over what people seem to call taste. Tacky crap all the way. A true testament that money doesn't buy evrything. The house in Wellington, Nevada...is not 80's. Thats 70's..the 80's were far nicer, in the UK at least. Damn right about Worcestershire, its not hard.❤🇬🇧
