Omfg. This seriously calmed down my stress levels ALLOT!!! I haven't been getting along with my family lately and its been stressful, I can't believe how many times I almost passed out to your video. Literally. I have GAD, PTSD and severe panic attacks and social anxiety and this literally helped calm my muscles relax too. I noticed how tense my jaw was and it popped near the end like it was getting really relaxed etc. Thank you! I'll reccomend this video to my friends and your channel.
