Please please do more of these eyes closed exercises They quiet my mind so fast But I’ve now memorised the answers to the “count how many” because I play this vid so much 💕💕💕
I've said this before but I'll say it again. I so so very much appreciate how much your style of ASMR helps me with my intrusive thoughts. Just giving me a simple mental task like counting or identifying soft vs sharp is enough to keep my mind focused. I recently realized that finding activities with this dual awareness component (where I'm keeping track of two things at once, just like I do when I'm listening to you while I'm counting in my head) is the key to helping me wind down after work and be able to connect with others instead of being stuck in my head alone all night :) Watching these videos was one of the things that helped me gain that insight so thank you, it has been life changing.

I’ve never been here this early!! I love your videos so much!! Also have you ever thought about doing a mermaid theme for a video!? Like hair brushing with the sparkly brush and the flounder spoon and maybe having ocean sounds in the background and a light over our eye closed could be like a “lighthouse”!? Idk if that even makes sense hahahaah but ANYWAYS I just love your work!! :)
before I fall asleep I just wanna say thank you for giving me a nostalgic feeling of when I was younger and would fall asleep in the car or just when I was tired I close my eyes and lean on the window when it’s dark so the street lights are we going past the car I just wanna say thank you and good night
The backseat car ride was wonderful! I used to go on 18 hour road trips to NY every year, so that was a beautiful throwback. Definitely consider a yellow light for going through a tunnel in a future vid, I would love that 💜 ✨

She should do a whole video only with 'good, sharp or soft' @12:00, the slow repetitive whisper creates a hypnotic rhythm that is so soothing and tingling.
