I love the mouth flutters btw! My lungs are burning right now from being outside for 20 minutes (I live in southeast WA) cuz the fires. Can barely see out my window/everything is covered in inch of ash. This is helping me so much, being able to relax, calm my panic disorder & be with someone who cares.
