You’re right Melissa you can’t please everyone however the reason we all come back is because of your wonderful personality and how kindly you treat people around you. I’ve had issues with videos in the past (didn’t like too much talking etc) but I always come back for every video because no matter what your vids always make me feel positive and the quality is always so good. People give this a lot of criticism but heres what i have to say, if something benefits you and your health and well being including your mental health then i say it is absolutely legit. Its the same thing with ASMR. It helps calm my mind and it helps me relax and stop worrying, therefore its good for my mental health and wellbeing. I thinj Star is great at her profession. I love to see people truly enjoy helping others. I would love to have a session with her. It would be very therapeutic.

Problem is people tend to not believe doctors or science after a while and only trust these pseudo methods, I personally know people who have died from cancer to listening to this people and not doctors anymore

Actually the therapy is not the props or the stuff....it's the gentle human attention, the intracy of ritual, and the working of "sacred " procedures......since the first Wiseman or shaman or witch first passed a chicken bone slowly over a man with a toothache ....it made us FEEL better. And Feeling better is all that matters.

31:06 bless your heart. I know lots of people don’t see this as legitimate medicine but if it allows healing through whatever process I can’t say it’s bad. As long as we treat it as complimentary to standard medical treatment I can’t see why it wouldn’t help.

I can buy into the locking and unlocking, the hold hold thing, the light therapy, the sound therapy, the thought/imagination therapy, and the breathing stuff - the body being a marvelously wonderful thing.I But I don't understand how placing bottles of different substances can have different effects.

she’s placing different bottles to check if patient “needs” those substances in the bottles. cause kinesiologists believe that body of the patient would be affected by the substance even if its battle on the stomach. cause, you know, energy.

@@JohnSmith-kf8mv yes, i love me some pseudo science, so i watched a bunch of video about this. Their explanation for this: if you stand next to the window inside your house you can still feel the warmth from the sun, so therefore your body can feel energy from substances in glass bottles.

At the movies there's no implicit notion that everyone goes to the movies believing the stunts just as they don't need someone telling them the stunts aren't real, just as nobody said this is going to cure cancer and that wasn't the point to begin with, it's just relaxing. It's like going to a sunday church service and telling everyone entering that god isn't real. Regardless of whether god is real or not, you look douchey approaching it like that.

I bet she needs to use those clothes because of possible reactions like allergies, vomiting and working with oils and other materials that stain. She would be silly to do all this in a hoodie or a blazer. Sports require equipment, cooking too, painters as well, nurses in schools too. It's common sense when thinking about the materials she uses. She gives massage and those oils she uses stain. My boyfriend is a cook and he wears special attire when cooking at home too. From shoes to his head band.

Also, maybe it has something to do with psychological association, like a subliminal message, medical robe equals doctor, nurse - healer. Maybe she just wants to present herself it a “neat” way, as possible logos, patterns and colours could be distracting. Personally when I see medical attire I get more anxious than relaxed 😅

The idea seems to be that the body somehow knows what substances are in the bottles placed near it and, when it senses a substance it needs, it indicates that need by weakening an arm muscle. All this happens subliminally. It really is as ludicrous as it sounds.
