요즘 칵테일에 관심많아서 찾아보다가 문득 의문이 드는건데, 정말 일반인의 눈으로 봤을때 저 모래시계처럼 생긴 쇠 개량하는 컵은 왜 검지 중지로 파지하는거죠? 일반 컵 잡듯이 잡으면 안되는 이유가 있는건가요? 그리고 긴 쇠막대기 그냥 연필 쥐듯이 잡지 않는 이유가 있나요??? 정말 궁금해서 여쭤봅니다 그리고 또 높이 들어서 낙수하듯이 잔에 따르는 이유가 있나요??? 일종의 보여주기 위한 쇼맨십정도로 보면 되는건가요? 마치 마술사처럼요. 모든 바텐더분들이 저렇게 교육을 받고 똑같이 파지하고 잔을 따르고 주조한다고 보면되는건가요??
