This looks amazing subhanallah!! I’m planning to make it for dinner tonight but I only have 1 chicken breast that I’ll slice in half to make two. According to that, how should I change the spices? I would really really appreciate it if you could tell me exactly how much of each spice to use to marinate the amount of chicken I have. Jazakallah!! ❤️

So I just finished up with dinner and just had to comment because your recipe was AMAZING!!!! Subhanallah everything was just too good!! Ive been looking for a good marinade for chicken to use whenever I want some with pasta or something and this is definitely it!! It was honestly so juicy! The only thing was that it took only about 10 minutes to cook completely even though you said it would take 30 minutes. Maybe our stoves are warmer here in Canada or something because I was so surprised how quickly it cooked lol Jazakallah again! I can't wait to try some of your other recipes inshallah

LOL there is probably some rooster running around all cock-eyed after that voodoo toothpick session. There are times where you feel like you used enough tooth picks that you want to put a caution sign on it. This looks really good. We are going to have to try it soon.

Yes, that's totally normal as you have to cook it on high flame to get the same char as traditional shawarma. Don't worry it all came off after I washed it. Xx
