Glad you like them! Sleep is VITAL. I didn't realize this till I was older. Honestly, it's the key to mental and physical stability in my opinion. Just ease into you body and know it is OKAY to sleep. Sweet dreams and sending comfort to you.

Oh gosh. What a freak accident I feel like?? How are you feeling? I can imagine it's a lot to juggle based on what I'm hearing. Feeling stressed mixed with physical pain is a lot to carry. If I remember correctly, clicked sounds were actually the very first ASMR triggers I ever responded to. I vaguely remember listening to something on a casette tape when I was very young. Don`t know when it exactly happened, but I remembered this sudden burst of electricity running from my scalp down my neck. Didn`t knew what it was (the term asmr didn`t exist yet), thought it was just me being weird. Before I heard about this, things like mouth sounds and such I refered to as wet speaking, as opposed to dry speaking.

in ireland this week it’s been very cold as well around -5 celsius in some places and we’ve had a lot of snow a lot of our schools had to close as we couldn’t drive on some roads.
