For my fellow acid reflux peeps: The Tums Grace showed are great, but I prefer the "chalk" more when I feel really rough. The new Wonder Belly antacids are really helpful and tasty at the same time! I really appreciate their sustainable packaging. They're expensive, but they've been on sale at stores near me recently. Hopefully this can help someone else who struggles too.

If Tums stop working for you, ask your doctor about Nexium! It was an absolute God send during the last 6 weeks of my pregnancy. I swear I couldn't even sip water without extreme heartburn but Nexium almost completely got rid of it! Also, the Tums Smoothies are great and not super chalky!
