ASMR Comic Book “Hot Stuff” | October Marathon 🎃 

(8:52) I certainly enjoyed the page flipping sounds combined with additional bird sounds! I remember that classy shirt from the Mother Prim haircut video. I like how your hair tie and nails are pumpkin orange. I also like how you call the devil's pitchfork - Firey pointy thing, lol. This story reminds me of a Latvian book about the "Little Devils" who were purposely trying to be evil, but everything they did always turned out to be a good thing. For example they once harvested a field because they thought it was an evil thing to do, but the farmer was happy because he didn't have to do it himself. Or they poured water into a well and thought they had ruined it.

I hope you keep these comic episodes coming forever, I really love them, Primie! As a comic book and magazine fan, I really enjoy reading with you. You make the comic books come alive with your readings! Harvey Comics had so many great wholesome comics; it's too bad there aren't comic books like this around anymore. For the most part, Harvey stopped publishing comic books in 1994 after a decline in the 1980's. This issue was from near the end of their run. I'd say the Harvey Comics heyday was from the 1950's to the 1970's. Some other characters they published (and you already mentioned some of these in this video) were Sad Sack (my favorite), Casper the Friendly Ghost, Richie Rich, Little Audrey, Little Dot, Wendy the Good Little Witch, Stumbo the Giant, Baby Huey, Little Lotta, Felix the Cat, Blondie and Dagwood, Mutt and Jeff, Joe Palooka, Dick Tracy, and so many others. They even published a teen-age light romance type comic called Mazie and Her Boyfriends during the 1950's, which is really hard to find. The later Harvey Comics can often be found for not too much money, but the earlier issues (particularly the '40's and '50's issues) can be quite expensive. Thanks again for this wonderful video, and I hope we will see some more Harvey comics characters. :) Also, you know how I love the page turning you do at the start or end of these types of videos. :)

What a change of scene with this beautiful new orange background and the tiny 'tropical' bird sounds that surround us as if we were in the middle of a bayou! I love it!! And what I also love is how you remind me of Claudia Cardinale in The Leopard with your hair tied on a side this way. Well, this is not exactly the same haircut, but it suits you really well! You made an awesome reading of this so funny and cute comic book, and I would be very sad to not hear your 'dot dot dot' at least once a month... I'm glad the little devil doesn't try to hold his temper anymore at the end and hope he made the 'very princesses' run quite fast in the park all the afternoon by chasing their royal bottoms with his magical fork, so that they become less arrogant... I love your comic book reading videos. Comics are so colorful and interesting to read. I love your reading of this comic book. Your reading skills are high quality. The sound of the turning of each page has a soothing effect. Your whispered voice is phenomenal. By being up close to the mic, I can clearly hear the soft tone and texture of your voice. Listening to you really helped me to relax.

Love the Harvey Comics, they were a wonderful line of magazines and are responsible for helping me to learn how to read as a child but they also the first comics I ever read and started me on a path to a lifelong passion for comic book collecting . Just beautiful to have them read to me in ASMR form. You're doing such an amazing job!

It's always interesting for me listening to these because being hard of hearing I don't always get full asmr tingle as whispered/soft spoken is to hard to hear. Be interested to see what could be done with asmr for hard of hearing... Great vids prim.

I can't wait for cw to revamp Casper as a young adult who helps a quirky group of friends solve crimes and tries to eventually find his killer along with some nerds , the comic relief and his love interest . It's like the movie ghost wait . I'm pretty that's the plot to ghost minus the nerd actually they should totally have Whoopi guest star , and Patrick swayze's actual ghost guest star . I'm sure Whoopi could do a episode is she still on the view ? Ugh, 4 different women 4 different views . What could go wrong ? Anyway her and swaye do a guess spot or two and Bam instant hit show although the only real problem is getting his ghost to do a show . We all know ghosts are camera shy so hear me out .... We do a cross over episode with supernatural obviously Sam and Dean do one one those 4th wall breaking episodes and summon him like nothing . They get to help swayze and Casper and people have a reason to want to watch supernatural again. Bam ! It's simple

Unfortunately, Harvey Comics has gone out of business. :( So, treasure your Hot Stuff comic! It may be a while before we see those characters again!
