Hey Prim horror movies are my favorite...and Halloween is one of my favorite horror franchise. The other is Friday the 13th. I have all the Halloween on DVD and Friday the 13th. Plus all of Nightmare on Elm Street. Every October I sit on weekends and binge on Horror movies. Love your videos. Take care.
I've never seen a Halloween movie, but it was interesting to learn about them with you! It's really cool that a comic book was included in the DVD set. Love your look in the video too! Thanks for this video, Primie Prim Prim!
I also enjoy watching the Halloween series of movies. They are very effective for the horror genre. I love listening to you read from the dvd. You have an incredible ASMR voice. Your voice is so soft, especially when you whisper. Your voice has the ability to calm the nerves and soothe the mind. I enjoyed every moment of the video. My favorite horror movie is between House On Haunted Hill 1959 or Horror Hotel 1960 or The House That Dripped Blood 1970.
Nice video, Prim! Your love & enthusiasm for the 'Halloween' franchise really shows and I can certainly tell you're excited for the new film. It's a shame you couldn't finish reading the comic, but I wasn't really surprised because knowing the franchise I could see it coming that the comic was gonna be more graphic than you would care to share on your channel, wanting to keep it on the family friendly side & all. I completely understand & respect that though, and on the bright side, we at least got some page turning sounds out of it! Anyway... thank you, Prim, you did a great job once again! 😃👍 By the by, my favorite 'Halloween' film is John Carpenter's 1978 original. It's still the best of them all (even though I've heard great things about the new one)! 👌 Now onto October Marathon Day 20.... 🎃
Thank you so much!! & yeah I know, I really was looking forward to reading the whole comic but there were some very graphic things in there 😆😅 & That’s awesome! Thank you for sharing your favorite Halloween movie with me! 🎃🎃🎃
That’s interesting. It’s definitely my favorite horror movie even though it’s never really been scary to me... I just love the concept of it and really everything about it from the way it was written to the way it was filmed and produced. A true masterpiece. My one and only movie that actually scares me, no matter what time of day is The Nun. That bitch is terrifying and how unholy that movie is just gets me.
You made me want to check out the fourth and fifth movies of this entire saga. I only know the 1978 original film, that I loved, and another much more recent one, I can't remember which one exactly, that I found pretty terrible. I hope you'll enjoy the upcoming opus supervised by the master himself! Thank you for this very informative and relaxing video, Prim!
I love the Halloween franchise ever since I was little. I love Halloween (2018) when it was out in theaters. My friend and I loved it. I have it now on DVD. Michael Myers is my absolute fav. My most fav. out of all them is Halloween H20 20 Years Later. ❤️ I thought Chris Durand did a wonderful job as Michael Myers. I love Halloween 25 years of terror. Such a great documentary. I love the Michael Myers panel as well. You get a glimpse of every Michael Myers actor and can listen to how they got the role of Michael. (:
Seeing the new Halloween movie tomorrow, can't wait! Ever see the movie Suspiria? It's one of my favorite horror movies and the remake comes to the theaters the start of next month, looks good too!
I hope you enjoyed it!! I’m probably going to wait to see it until next week sometime, that way the theater is less crowded 😄 & no I haven’t seen that movie I don’t think. 🤔
Great video! New subscriber here - I love horror, and your approach to ASMR is very nice. I have a horror-based channel myself. Awesome Halloween edition there!
I bet the new movie has Micheal Myers using his AARP card at various establishments, ordering the early bird special at his favorite restaurant, and riding his Jazzy all over town.
Hi, it was my first time watching you and I really enjoyed it but I was just wondering if that was how you like to do your videos or you was suffering from throat cancer!
Hi prim great video. Love your soothing voice. As a fellow horror fan I will share my recommendations for you to watch if you haven't already. Inside - french Switchblade romance Martyrs - french The baby's room The changeling - 80's The others Wer White noise The orphanage - spanish The devils backbone Rec Enjoy! X
John Carl Buechler (pronounced "Beekler") is an awesome creature FX dude with a long pedigree. Greg Nicotero (pronounced correctly!) is the 'N' in "KNB FX", also Make-up FX and director of "The Walking Dead". Both likely worked on these flicks and both are super cool Artists. ;)
Honestly I'm not a big horror fan, the last "horror" I watched was cabin in the woods way back in 2011 😅.. that said you made Halloween sound like a good movie, and got me considering watching the new one now haha. Great vid as all ways prim.
I love all of the Halloween movies, including the FIRST Rob Zombie edition. The second one sucked so it’s the only one I’m not crazy about. This whole series is just a total masterpiece. IMO hands down the best horror movie franchise in history.
I have been a Halloween fan since I was 4 years old, nearly 20 years. Halloween (imo) is the greatest horror film ever made. I'm so glad that you love those films as well. P.S. The new Halloween is fantastic and is by far the best one since the original.
The original will always be the best. There's a certain vibe that I get from the original that I don't get from any of the other movies in the franchise. Not to say I don't enjoy them. It's Just that Halloween (1978) is superior.
Cool video. For me Halloween is a mixed bag. I enjoyed the original Halloween, Halloween 2, and even Season of the Witch, but the rest of the films really did disappoint me. Return of Michael Myers was good, enjoyable. Revenge is also decent, but once I saw Revenge of Michael Myers, it was a mess. H20 was boring, and Resurrection was just a cash in grab. The reboot was good, something new with an interesting concept, but the squeal was god awful. I don't really have that many expectations with the new film, but I hope it will be good. I really don't want there to be another squeal, it should just stay as it is. Keep on doing videos Prim, especially movie based ones.
Do u like the 2007 Halloween because i do a lot and idk y it gets so much hate Halloween 2 by rob zombie was pure dog shit lol but just wanna know how u feel about the 2007 one
