Hi! I just discovered your channel and currently in my ears you’re talking about having trouble falling asleep. I started listening to this podcast channel on Spotify called “nothing much happens” and it’s intended to give your brain a job to do by listening to a story in which not much happens and it allows your brain to wind down. It’s worked for about a week so far for me!!

Something you should try is instead of water use milk, and instead of oil use butter. Thats how my mom does it and the cakes are great. Just a suggestion tho

What I used in this video was just marshmallow creme from a jar haha. But typically I'd make a meringue which is just egg whites and sugar

Nwxt time you want to use a spatula to scrape down the icing in the mixing bowl. . It’s Important to get all the fat completely incorporated with the chocolate. You don’t want to see any butter left on its own underneath as you’re blending.
