Hello friends! We're back with another "Don't Look At Your Screen" video! I've really been wanting to make another one of these because it's one of my favorite triggers and I know a lot of you enjoy the brighter lights! I'll be asking you to look in different directions just off your screen as I give you some intense visual triggers for you to pick up in your peripheral vision. Includes lots of hand movements and bright light triggers. It's on the chaotic side, with lots of whispered instructions and fast mouth sounds. What is ASMR?
“Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response”
The relaxing static-like ‘brain tingles’ experienced by some people at the back of the head or down the spine in response to specific visual or audio triggers. ASMR content is commonly used to help with stress relief, relaxation, anxiety, and sleep.
