I feel like this video shows me you have a good understanding of adhd. Most of the videos “for adhd” i see from other asmr channels are so fast and noisy it hurts my brain. I really like how you know the adhd brain doesnt need a crazy tornado of triggers, but just really pulling the attention in with questions that make it feel like a fun game but at the perfect pace. This video was so relaxing, i really liked the book and the clementine parts, thank you for this 😊

as an adhd teen, i loved how you didn’t use the “one trigger every second” stereotype because they’re so hard to follow and frustrate me, also you didn’t waste time talking about a youtube channel or your socials and just went straight into it. it’s also not distracting, overwhelming, overstimulating or too slow either, and you aren’t looking straight at the camera ❤

This one actually understands adhd! It's very similar to autism but with some very specifically different traits. It's not just "oh haha oops I'm hyper" it's existential dread and thinking of 7000 things at once only to forget 3 seconds later and then trip on the water you spilled earlier

I'm falling sleep as I write this, but oh god. I'm so glad to have found you from your ASMR for people with autism. ASMR for ADHD (something I really enjoy watching cuz it's faster than usual, most of the time) has always been the same experience with every ASMRartist I saw. A bunch of triggers one after the other, not letting you enjoy anything, taking way too much time between each trigger or to even start doing anything at all... And the "HEY **snaps** focus!" Yes, I start watching/focusing again , but I end up feeling like a dog more than anything. Specially cuz a lot of them tell me to focus on pointless things... So, thank you so much for this. I needed it, it healed me.

I LOVE how you didn’t make dead eye contact with the camera the whole time cuz I notice quite a few same RU-vidrs do that especially on adhd videos, and I loveee how it was fast paced but not overlapping triggers with other triggers every couple seconds. I loved how you reminded us it’s ok we’re safe we can act how we want because I have to mask my add (my parents won’t let me get it diagnosed even tho I show almost every sign and symptom I’ve ever heard of over the past 3-4 years that I’ve researched it). This was stimulating in a way that wasn’t completely overwhelming. It was consistent and changed a lot but not too overwhelming.

I love this video because the objects are constantly changing, and I just hate when asmr is slow and dreary, but your asmr has the perfect pace

Normally I don’t comment on youtube videos but this one is just so good that I had to. I especially loved that when you were ticking something, you started a rhythm for a short while. I often do that too and I didn’t know it would work so good for me. Usually I absolutely hate adhd asmr videos because they are way too overstimulating even though I do have adhd. This video was awesome.
