Awesome video, enjoyed every minute of it! Fantastic looking F6F with interesting color scheme and details, no intrusive music, no talking, just pure relaxation and a joy to watch, thank you! 👍🙂
Thanks man! I wasn’t happy that took 28 min after reducing most of it, wanted a shorter vid, but I just don’t know how to manage time efficiently. Would love to see you try a plane! Watch some Plasmo videos before starting, he is a very good teacher 🙌🏼
@@ScaleVehicles You definitely used some new techniques which I've seen guys use when they build the plane stuff and wont be used much on the cars! and welcome to the 1K club! still dont know why you only have 1k subs, your content is so good man. Also when you cut the videos so short, you lose out a lot of content man, I definitely know the struggle!
Very nice! I've been considering building an F6F-5K but I still need to do a lot more research. I like that you went with the red/blue/yellow scheme; it gave you a lot more to work with than the traffic cone orange scheme.
Lol yes much more masking needed. I was thinking of doing an orange and a blue in the future to have all versions since this is one of my favorite aircraft designs.
My model airplane kit contains 50 parts in the whole box. This Guy's model airplane kit contains 200 parts just in the pilot's seat! Awesome video! I would highly recommend viewing to anyone interested in airplanes, real or model kit!
When I read your comment I truly had a change of mood. Thank you so much for the kind words sir! This is one of the most motivational comments I have received since I started the channel and it keeps me motivated to do more!. Thank you again.
I’m glad to hear that!. Yes I’m working on another project, just that free time is not on my favor for the past few months, but hoping to finish this kit before the year ends 🙏🏼. If you like F1 cars I’m sure you’ll like it. Lots of extra parts.
nice like that scheme! Few things: f6f 5k UA15 had the 50. cals removed from the wings and they also installed two additional antenna masts onto the fuselage. The tail wheel were also elevated, and she had wingtip fuel tanks occasionally. But these are just small things, I like your build anyway!
Nice Work! I dont know what the brouhaha is about ASMR but great work on the Hellcat. I hope I can improve my skillset to be able to do what you do someday
Thank you much!. I might have to remove the word ASMR from my future videos to leave the controversy away 😅. Practice practice practice and also having the right tools for the job makes it easier 🙌🏼👍🏼
Hello my friend!. Thank you for asking. I will eventually resume uploading videos. I have to still finish the F1 editing and I also have a Bugatti Chiron build in my stash that will be uploaded to youtube ☺
Just for you to know first how Tamiya glue works. Tamiya glue melts both ends of the plastic and then creates a bond. Other glues just sit on top of the plastic and harden after a few seconds then gluing both ends. With superglue, residues are visible, Tamiya glue is not, because it becomes part of the plastic. I could recommend you other hobby glues, but it will be as hard to get as Tamiya. If you live in US Hobby Lobby has a section for hobbies with Tamiya cement and super glue.
If you are in the US and are lucky enough to have one in your area, Hobbytown USA has a way better selection of modelling products than Hobby Lobby. Hobbytown USA is dedicated more to the modelling hobby, while Hobby Lobby is more of an art6s and crafts store
I remember a pen I bought long time ago on one of those “As seen on TV” ads that had a UV light on it. That was a fantastic glue. Will google some options. Thank you!. (I’ve tried also 3D printing resin to glue stuff, but it’s too liquid).
@@ScaleVehicles Please remember that there are different manufacturers and different types of UV glue, out there. Not all are of the same quality and strength. Make sure you buy the correct one. I often use this glue. You can place a part into the glue and position it. It will not harden until you shine a light on it. It then hardens in seconds. I wish I had this type of glue 30 years ago !! ;-) Love your modelling skills, by the way !! Love your models. Great stuff !!!
@@telescopereplicator Awesome! What’s the name brand of the one you like the most? I will buy one 😊. Thank you for your support. There’s a build I’m working also on my Instagram post (not going on video) in the meantime, then I will finish another F1.
@@ScaleVehicles I am using UV glue from Bison and Revell. The glue from Bison is available in a metal squeeze tube. Although it needs UV light to harden, after many months, it still hardens, inside the tube. Revell UV glue can be kept much longer. Bison UV glue is stronger than Revell's. But Revell's glue is easier to use because of the cylindrical plastic tube and short needle.
