Thank you! 😃 My mom helped me a lot with the accent and pronouncing things, but to be fair this was book reading and the words were right in front of me. If I had to speak to someone in real life, it would take me a while to think which is the correct verb to use, and if the tense is the right one, and I guarantee you'd hear some mistakes :)

I’m from Italy and we study Latin and Greek at highschool and it’s amazing for me to listen to such a perfect and fast pronunciation, you did great! Since I always had to study this language I didn’t pay much attention to the sounds because I was so worried about tests and interrogations, but listening to you I discovered a relaxing a side to it and I am now able to appreciate it more💕
How do you find the combination of Latin and Greek so far? I never learned latin, but I know that once you learn Greek and Latin you pretty much understand perfectly all the Latin-based languages. And thank you for the comment :). I hope you enjoyed the video xx
@@ASMRGalaxy since Italian is very similar to Classical Latin, the pronunciation and the grammar are overall very similar, but the order of the words is completely messed up and obviously the vocabulary is very archaic and different. Greek it’s hard to read and to translate because the grammar is very different and the translation has to be interpreted, but once you learn it you find so many similarities with the Latin language and the words of every latin languages. I think it’s very interesting to study both because you can find so many similarities and see how much Greek influenced Latin and how Latin has evolved in so many languages mixing with local languages all over Europe. It’s eye opening! Again thank you for the video, I really appreciate your dedication! 💖

I'm Greek and you don't understand how happy I am to see this!! Also, don't worry, most of us (myself included) are horrible at spelling our own language because Greek is complicated. There are many difficult words in this and you read this better than most of my former classmates. Absolutely perfect. This video is an absolute delight

What a beautiful language, to look at and also listen to. I would love to be able to learn Greek but it looks so difficult! Also listening to it it always reminds me of the languages they speak on Game of Thrones for some reason! It is the language of Gods and Goddesses and Ancient times. Beautiful! 🖤

COMPLETELY AGREE! Inaudible whispering is nice but your brain isn’t constantly guessing what the person is trying to say when it’s in another language! You can just relax and let your brain melt

This is astonishing! Your pronunciation is very clear and although the way you enunciate might sometimes betray that greek might be not your native language, you absolutely nailed those sharp consonants and flat vowels and that's very, very impressive. Your reading skills are better than most Greek people I know. Well done and thank you for this video 😊

This is fantastic. I personally prefer soft whispers rather than inaudible, and Greek is so good for ASMR! If you don't mind me asking, how comes you learnt Greek at school? I don't know where you're from so maybe it's a standard thing where you're from...
