I don't even know what to say to someone who has helped me so much with my anxiety, depression and binge eating. I love listening to Ediya's meditation sessions during work at home. It helps me relax. I'm just afraid I will miss doing it so much once it's time to go back to the office. Phones nor non-work related apps/websites are prohibited within our production floor. I guess I'll just indulge everything while I still can.

It would be really amazing if you did a meditation video for people with Aphantasia (like myself). I’m not sure if you could accommodate that or not but I love your videos so thought I’d ask because who knows! 💙💙 If anyone is wondering… Aphantasia: The inability to voluntarily create mental images in one's mind. So yes when you ask me to “pictures Santa” I cannot in my head it’s just black. It does NOT effect my memory I know what he looks like and could describe him. I just can’t visually see him in my head.
