Counselor Curt, I am so glad I found this old video of yours after requesting a new one, haha! I used it as an exposure to my deepest OCD fear. While the fear is so entrenched in me I couldn’t help but feel a rush of panic while in the relaxed hypnotic state, this hypnosis allowed me to have a glimpse of what it will be like at the end of the tunnel. I was able to envision myself facing my fear without spiraling into panic, and most importantly, envision the self I know I am inside. You have no idea how much this means to me! Literally, no idea. My fear is centered around not being able to pursue my dream career due to my OCD, one that brings me to tears regularly. I think others with OCD (especially Pure-O) could benefit from seeing this hypnosis, so long as they have done some prior exposure work. I will certainly remember to say “relax” should another intrusive thought come. Which one probably will within the next 5 minutes, so I better prepare. Have a wonderful day!
