ASMR indoor GOLF SIMULATOR Practice session 

The beautiful sounds of indoor GOLF SIMULATOR session.
We go through a typical golf practice session.
Warm up - Get the body moving.
Pitching - 60/80/100/120 My yardages I like to dial into! Then for the odd numbers I work off the feel from the whole yardages!
Swing work - I find myself every practice session working on my feels! This helps me when playing out on course as I revert back to my feels.
Testing - 5x balls into 3 different fairways with the top end clubs and note this down! A great way to gather data and see your improvement week on week.
