I’d like to point out that I usually don’t do sponsored videos with therapy Asmr, but this felt appropriate. Please check out the fiberglass issue in mattresses when you have time. In the meantime, let me help! I designed the lighting in this video to be dimmed so you can still watch whilst not being overstimulated, and I whispered extremely low level to not overstimulate with sound as well. This Asmr therapy video was designed for those with migraines, but anyone with pain and need a low level sound video. All the way down to how I use the sound is using manipulation to help your brain focus on healing you. soo happy when I see new video, we are the same age with similar pasts im still on methadone but steadily going down... hope your feeling a bit better I notice such a difference after the surgery just your whole disposition is different but im sure there are long term effects as well that will take awhile to heal...
