17:38 Yes agreed. A lot of asmrtists (did I get that right?) Sound like they're choking whenever they do inaudible whispering and have to gasp for air every few minutes. Someone else suggested this but I think it’s a great idea! Show eye shadow palettes, tap on them, read off the eye shadow colors as trigger words, and also ramble about the colors and palettes. It would be so tingly!! Love you so much Grace!!

Hi Grace, this video is so relaxing and this really helps me because my sister recently told me that I could have social anxiety and everything that she said was social anxiety I felt. I'm not sure if I have social anxiety because I haven't been diagnosed but it sounds like it. To hear you talk about positive things really helps me because I'm mostly told negative things and it really lowers my self esteem but when I listen to you I feel so grateful.
