I am just happy nobody hurt themselves while scrambling around a kitchen trying to cut/cook/mince with a large camera nearby! This is great, and so relaxing. It reminds me of just a stress free day making a good meal for yourself.

I think Blue Apron is a really cool idea, but it's really not cost effective. Maybe for someone who isn't the best cook yet it's a great learning experience. But speaking for me, I love to cook and experiment I never really follow a recipe to a T. (I cook for my family nearly everyday) I could buy all the ingredients much cheaper and in a bigger quantity than I would get on Blue Ppron. Just my thoughts. So far I'm really enjoying the video!

I loved the video! However, the idea of Blue Apron really doesn't speak to me at all. There's soooo much waste! Everything is packed in plastic, plus the outside packaging, the ice packs, the printed recipes... it's insane to me.

My go to meal is jasmine rice, organic broccoli florets (boiled for about 2 mins), chopped up chicken/turkey breast, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt (to taste). After eating jasmine rice I can't eat any other kind, it smells and tastes the best. Also extra virgin olive oil tastes great with it.

For removing the zest of the lemon you could have also used a potato peeler. They actually remove a thin enough layer of the fruit. Also investing in a microplain is a sound investment if you are going to be cooking frequently.

Tip: if you put a wet paper towel under your chopping board it will stick the board to the table and hold it in place better

Quick little tip - if you don't want your cutting board to slide, place a kitchen towel underneath it to stop it from sliding.

About the garlic; crushing it is actually to make it give more flavor, and you really do not have to cut off the ends.- Apart from that, I truly loved the video, Corrina, and i hope you plan to make more like it😘❤️

To keep your cutting board from moving, you can put a wet towel under it, it prevents it from moving under your knife and chopping your fingers off. :P I was really nervous when you were mincing garlic.

This helps me sleep so much but I can't find other ones like this one. If anyone wonders why it matters it's just when I fall asleep to the same thing too much it becomes predictable which for some reason makes it harder for me to sleep. Would love if u made another one like this one.
