How crazy! I was just given a referral to see an EMDR specialist to help with trauma. I don’t believe in coincidence...this is affirmation that the referral was the right choice 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

I know this video is a bit old & you'll most likely not see this comment *but* I just wanted to go ahead & remark on my experience- your voice is *lovely, truly soothing & incredibly grounding, relaxing, etc* I just wanted to say that I find your soft spoken dialogue so beneficial. Maybe it's bc I'm American that I prefer the soft spoken over your voice over whisper (I think I just prefer soft spoken all together) so the point of this comment is simply in hopes that you'll keep providing both *please, and thank you so much* I wish I'd found your channel much sooner however I'm still very grateful to have found you at all.
I find this is surprisingly helpful even for small recent events that have you a bit spooked, as a way to not get fixated on it or at least significantly reduce the thoughts

This was really wonderful. CBT hasn’t really worked much for me in the past, but for some reason EMDR has a profound effect on me. This video helped me a lot with one particularly troublesome memory that i couldn’t seem to move past. Thank you for this 💙

This is a great concept, the asmr with emdr and nature sounds afterwardsy. I enjoyed it very much! The only thing I'd appreciate is the fireworks be actual moving lights from a flashlight, I found them a bit distracting... otherwise great!! Thanks for making emdr available

There are times where when I watch your videos I can't help but to get the overwhelming impression that you resemble my friend Jacobs 8 year old daughter like your her 30 something year old twin. A really good kid that's been through a lot in whenever she's nice to people the Room does light up like when you do your videos
Honestly I usually love your videos. You really know what you're doing because they help me sleep. But I have realized that I don't like the new graphics. I wish you just did the old ones without all the technology.
