I have created this ASMR soft spoken video to teach you how to lucid dream. It uses a clinically proven rapid induction technique that will guide you directly from a wakeful state into a lucid dream. This video concludes with a relaxing rain on mountain lake soundscape to aid relaxation and sleep. I am a doctor of clinical psychology, registered to practice with The Health and Care Professions Council.
Lucid dreaming has many benefits but if you have any concerns please discuss them with your health care professional.

I tried this and I was drifting into a state of mind that I’ve never felt before. I was probably close to lucid dreaming but it was so different that it scared me and I decided to wake up. I’ll try again some other day maybe bc that was weird and it freaked me out a little. I’ve never explored anything like this and this video was certainly doing something lol

@Hadis Aliyawar oops. Totally a mistake in my part, i forgot to update. Well it definitely helped induce me into a better sleeping stage and got me close to lucid dreaming, but i eventually broke out of my habit on accident. However seeing this response encourages me to try again :)

That's actually something that happens OFTEN when i try to begin to lucid dream. But see it's always the same scene. It's dusk, fall, the air is very very dry it looks cold out but it's a comfortable temperature. There are 4 people. 3 girls and one guy. They know im trying to lucid dream as well. Two of the girls want to keep me there. The other girl & the guy want to help me. The only way i can wake up from this dream is from screaming and running really really fast. Even after im awake i immediately start to close my eyes & go to sleep again even though im terrified. It's quite fascinating.

@@theBisexualVillain this happened to before. I got trapped in a dream loop. The same scene over and over. In a truck, my uncle driving us to church. I walk through the grass into the building, down a hall and into large room.. I try to approach the podium, I cant reach the podium, I try and try but every time I get close to the podium the dream starts over and I'm in the truck. The dream looped so many times that took notice and became lucid because of it. I tried to wake myself.. my awareness shifted from sleep paralysis back to the dream.. I could not wake fully. I finally managed to wake myself it was 3:45 pm. My dad had been calling all day to tell me that my uncle had passed away. Part of me wonders if I went to other side with him for awhile..🤷‍♂️

I love these new intros with the writing or typing sounds... and you look amazing with the eyeglasses! 🤩 Up to now I've listened to this once twice, and I still don't make it awake past the Tibetan bowl. I really love that bowl. As for lucid dreaming, I've listened to a variety of these lucid dreaming inductions from a variety of creators. Up to now they haven't worked in actually causing a lucid dream, so I'm thinking maybe I will listen fully during the daytime as prep to try it again at night.

I've been able to lucid dream in the past, but mostly in nightmares. I have been practicing with your videos, but this one is as close as I came to a lucid experience. When the images started to come into my head in that place between wakefulness and sleep, I was able to choose a theme and it was sort of like a screensaver. I didn't know what was going to pop up next, but it was from a folder of my choosing. It was pleasant and I had a deeper, more restful sleep after that. Thank you!

i ended up having a lucid dream last night in a zombie apocalypse and i was traveling with a partner through a small town and sliced up a lot of zombies with a katana and i remember failing to defend my partner and he got eaten somewhere out of my sight and it was so strange because i felt emotion and the strain of constantly swinging at zombies and running away. woke up, fell asleep, and went back in the dream which led to another different lucid dream. i love the adventure in it lol i highly recommend keeping a dream journal if you share these experiences

Sort of. Well idk for sure but I’ve heard that if you get good at it you can realize when you’re having a nightmare and be able to either change the dream to a more pleasant one or wake yourself up. Good luck and I hope you get the nightmares under control!!

The mix is bad. If volume is low enough to hear you whisper, I can’t hear background noise. If I turn it up to hear signing bowls, your voice is way too loud. I am listening through AirPods. Thx.

little bit of click bait there with the "Scientifically Proven" claim - a lot of people have convincing results and make that claim but its not actually a peer reviewed, objectively analyzed experiment. Anyway.........I am a lucid dreamer but almost never able to trigger it intentionally (almost). I didn't get any effect whatsoever from this.
