I love how you introduce new visual inductions from time to time! (Although I also really appreciate that you bring back old ones on a regular basis instead of constantly being on the hunt for a new novelty). The volcano wasn‘t for me, but I would love it if you‘d be willing to try a „follow-the-light“ induction!

It's so comforting to listen to someone who's not spouting off trite phrases like "just relax," but explaining how our brains actually work, and how to get through the rougher parts; understanding helps me. If I may make a request, could you please speak to eating disorders? It's hard at this time, especially, to maintain a healthy relationship with food.
