Honestly cannot express enough how much better I feel when listening/watching this video. I can't thank you enough. I hope to get to the point where I process everything in my life the way you teach here. Most videos I've ever watched feel like I'm trying to trick myself into relaxation. This video really calms me, and guides my thought process.

This literally is my favourite video on youtube and possibly in all existence. I listened to this for at least a month every night but fell asleep well before making it to the end, so I started listening to it in the daytime also. I have made notes and even a poster about the contents and I share these pieces of wisdom with such joy that not many things give me a similar pleasure. You do important things, and I hope you feel as good about your content as I feel about sharing it.

hello, i love your videos, especially your sleep hypnosis, they are probably the only thing that really can put me to sleep, not even meds ever had this type of effect, so i’m really grateful. have you maybe ever considered also opening a spotify account? If you’re looking for that I suggest finding another ASMR artist that serves that purpose for you. Each artist has their own niche & I don’t believe that’s hers.

Michael Casados no I am not. I’ve just seen a lot of her videos & I haven’t seen her to what you’ve asked for. There are other artists that do. She incorporates psychology in all of hers which is great.
