I would love a video about how not to try too much at once. For me, it is creative projects, but I can imagin that for others it could be about too many new year's resolutions
Oh and I would love a video about relaxing the body and the mind. Like Hasan, I often wake up with clenched teeth. Love any subject you make a video about though!
Some people noted the clenched teeth and I do this as well. A body and mind relaxation would be great! And I know it’s not really your thing but I would LOVE your skin and hair care routine!

Happy new year I used this this morning when woke at 6a and then fell back asleep , thanks. Can you do a series for our cortisol hormone balance ? I am not eating poorly and the stress of last year has certainly stated showing in my stomach weight. And it is super frustrating despite my fitness profession and good sleep habits ... welcoming menopause over covid lockdown
