I have to watch this completely alone and in secret. Its just not worth it to me to have someone walk in and say "What are you watching?" And then after I answer "I'm watching a woman wrap up home made soap in crinkly paper because I find it soothing," then I have to endure the confused look on their face and feel like I have to explain myself and explain ASMR and justify it and prove it and change their minds and its just not worth it. I just want to watch soap being wrapped in peace.

Pss, at 11:13 you can see how the woman opens a letter with Lady Anna's wax seal on it and then smiles, writing Lady Anna's name on the list of soap orders. And at 17:46 you can see how the knife has "atmosphere" stamped on it! I'm blown away by this level of detail and care! Amazing job!

Another masterpiece... The inspection part with unintelligible whispers gave me many tingles. And the whole process was not only relaxing, but very interesting to watch. And, gosh, I think I want to eat one of these soaps.

just 6 minutes in and i was asking where did she get so many variety of victorian soap ? then she managed build and build with all sorts of unique accessories from glasses to burners. then she actually made soap. and i am not finished yet .props and attention to details are seriously impressive. she herself, her genius, and her acting, are always impressive. i am in awe.

'Cept soap back then was waaay harder stuff. You could hurt yourself trying to cut soap with a knife back then. And a lot of people did.

@@jljordan1 Some modern soap is made of lye! It’s called cold process soap and it’s still very popular because of the patterns it can make. It’s not that hard though. It was probably harder back then because they didn’t add fancy butters and oils... it was more simple! The fats they did use were probably cheaper and in smaller quantities 🤔

ok but as an avid fan of gentle asmr, the soft and slow triggers that seemingly appears at the quiet background is just so tingly ... it blends really well with the ambience. it’s like something is tickling your ears while your eyes are fed by aesthetics from the setting 😭

I usually am not as much of a fan of ASMR with no/very limited speaking... but _oooh boy,_ the tingles in here are enough to cure my immunity, which is a huge feat. Makes me forget about all the bad things for a moment... Truly a blessing, I have no qualms about putting this video among my top 10 favourites

this video did nothing for me when it first came out and right now i am absolutely paralyzed as i watch this. i dont even remember what i came in my room for. and the some of the soaps after being cut look like delcious fudge. even the knife has your name on it.what a boss. the asmr was so strong it took me forever to write this.

Can we just take a second and recognize the detail work here? The detail of the props, the sheer number of them, the number of camera angles, the editing of all that camera footage, the costuming, the creation of characters that each have their own subtle unique personalities, the sound effects, etc. I mean, the absolute power of thought process that goes into each video is legen ... I don't care about Asmr. I like the atmospheric, contemplative films. I am a contemplative person and I always miss that in films. The slowness is just more immersive.... This channel is quite close to how I would like movies to be. An immersive, sensual (as in using your senses) experience, that feels like your living life in a fantasy world!!!

Сегодня обнаружила, что первая волна мурашек прокатывается у меня по позвоночнику просто от уведомления о новом видео Анастасии 😄 Предвкушение, любопытство и нетерпение - гремучая смесь! А потом открываешь видео, и всё. Мир вокруг растворяется, есть только Атмосфера и тот уголок Вселенной, куда тебя пригласили сегодня. Спасибо за целый час наслаждения - и для слуха, и для глаз, и для души ❤ Не устаю восторгаться идеально (это самое правильное слово) продуманными деталями фильмов. Безупречен каждый звук, каждый кадр! В какой-то момент показалось, что и правда чувствую запах свежесваренного лавандового мыла. Это самый настоящий подарок на праздник) И... да, я тоже хочу скупить все эти красивые брусочки! 😄

100% I could see this as an installation at an art gallery. Video playing on a TV, with a bench and headphones for observers. What a delight it would be to be wandering around a contemporary art museum and stumbling on this work; appreciating it as an inexplicably engaging yet calming, relaxing experience.
