Yeah that’s the way I think we both see it. But this game does throw some curveballs when it comes to wording, always worth double checking with the TO. Just to make sure they’re on the same page
That’s probably the designer’s intention but it’s not the way the rules read. It doesn’t say “ Shield Wall, Hardened and other abilities, in addition to defense dice rolls of 6 block hits.” It says “only defense dice rolls of six may block hits.” Shield Wall and Hardened block hits. Therefore logically they are excluded by the word “only”.
@@mrmaat I wish it was not British writing the rules then they would be in a clear and understandable language. Who writes them by the way, I do not know ... they sure sound like British.
In this case, I believe that the intent is for auto blocks to work on anything except auto wounds. That said, there is room for interpretation so I think, again, it will be best to check with the TO. None of the developers are British. Some things like this tend to get past the devs and test team but they’ve traditionally been pretty good about clearing things up. This will likely need an FAQ given the way it can be interpreted.
Hi. Yes it does. The cavalry manoeuver action is a free action before you activate. So you do the free move, pivot - move - pivot. After that, you then activate from the new position. Hope this helps :)
