I remember wearing this in middle school. I could buy it for 8.00 for a 4oz bottle. The girls in our computer class would always say you smell so good! Lol that is when I was about 13yrs old or so.... I'm now 48yrs old and I have 2 bottles in the drawer. It is a smell I would never forget and yes the smell is the same.
It WAS more piney. You're memory isn't faulty, hehehe. But I do remember it being bergamot centered on the later note. Thanks for the review! Awesome Edit: kinda bummed it only lasts 3ish hours. Eh, it's not too pricey so I might give it a shot.
If Aspen is still under $10 for four ounces, it may be the best value I have encountered, and I must have smelled a couple hundred fragrances. In the drydown, it's surprisingly similar to the drydown of Creed Green Irish Tweed (which I have only had a sample bottle of). I rarely wear Aspen, but I wonder if that's because I haven't fully admitted to myself that it's one of the best fragrances in my collection (of over 100) while being nearly the cheapest. Maybe it's that I'd feel like my not-so-cheap fragrances would be going to waste and I'd rather get the most out of those. Not sure how logical that is, though...
I'm not sure who the young woman is. but your right, it was a well-made commercial! Good looking cast, and I was trying to figure out how they did some of the effects!
