***** I agree man. Should be out 4 xbox and ps3 also.. They've lost me as a customer, I'm not forking out 500£ 4a new console, it's money me and others I would say don't have.
Can't wait for this looks great whole new combat system to! Can't wait for destiny and the division either my xbone is going to get some right abuse in this upcoming year!
orrthehunter I dont think so. The world was about to end and the templars and assassins still didnt unite. I think this is exclusive to these individuals.
The trailer starts playing, i hear the music and i thin to myself ''Kind of sounds like a Woodkid song''.... Woodkid starts singing ''Christ it is Woodkid''. For some reason any trailer that uses one of Woodkid's songs is just a billion times better then whit any other song. The guy just makes such great songs. ART! IRON, Run Boy Run, I Love You and now this which i haven't heard before. Woodkid should just make the music for any official Assassin's Creed trailer from this day on.... Or atleast give Ubisoft the rights to use them. This trailer was epic! Still doesn't beat the AC Revelations trailer whit IRON. But it came very close!
Eden's Cross arno wasn't raised by templars, and they probably met before in the game, but as adults.doesn't mean that he met her when younger.Just before.
Cinematic trailers are always impressive. You guys better really fucking come through with this game if you want gamers respect back. You messed up with Watch Dogs, so make this one count
Aye, I'm really hoping The Division will turn out well, too, but I heard from someone who's worked with the game say not to raise your expectations high :\
djnat619 I disagree. I like black flags. I liked edward. Although no protagonist will ever be able to beat ezio i still liked all of the assassins creed games and there characters.
***** he didn't suck; it's just that the writing wasn't the best for him, he didn't have the needed development that Ezio and Edward got. If you're gonna say an assassin was boring point at Altair ibn la'had
***** No story? what are you talking about?, Conner's story was a lot darker than games previous to him and of AC4. Plus you can't just say he sucked because he was just a pawn in a larger game because it's the same case for Ezio is it not?
I definitely got some Altair and Maria Thorpe vibes from that video, it's cool to see Arno the Assassin is going to have some type of relationship with a Templar. Excellent video once again Ubisoft :)
I love all your work ubisoft! I love how you combine the music with the movements and speed of the movements, it looks so glorious, everytime i see this i have a nice feeling,my eyes just love what they are watching, this game is so ambicious,i bought an next-gen console just to wait for this game. Ubisoft is love Ubisoft is life
Goosebumps on the ending! I HOPE THAT IS WHAT UNITY REALLY MEANT. Since AC III, the line between the Assassins and the Templars have been a blur, so I wish, for once, they teamed up :D
2023. Still looks much better than latest ac games. Story, character, setting, parkour, fights… despite the game was heavily cut for release we’ve lost one the best parts after Ezio’s trilogy.
I played this game in 2020 and it still so incredible , I guess after 20 years people are gonna still love this game , so I request Ubisoft to please create a remastered version for this game or a remake of story instead of thinking about black flag 2
Knew it from the start with the title Unity! - Arno is trying to unite the assassins and templars together hence the conversation in AC 3 when Saun said that they have tried to work with each other in the past but it didn't work out! Absolutely awesome trailer!
Best story ever told in two minutes. One of my favorite game trailers of all time. Then they literally had no mission like this in the real game. The game was fine. But that was a massive letdown.
For anybody who is interested the music is 'The Golden Age' by Woodkid from the album with the same name. He's an amazing artist and you may recognize the style of music from the Assassin's Creed Revelations game (that song was named Iron)
I am very glad that I saw the trailer in full (it is always not enough at all, but what we want is always in our hands or we would all be lost). The high level of respect for the task lets you see all in one breath. Creating large-scale stocks decides - one stands out, until it comes time to focus. Clever creates a comfortable position at the moment it appears, and the door closes.
This trailer raises more questions than answers! Ah! Also, why would Arno be running through the city at the beginning? He should've been waiting at the gallows all along. An assassin should plan ahead.
TheGamerPro87 that was just a coincidence, connor didn't have it,as well as Haytham and Edward,Ezio "won" his scar with a rock in the lips.Altaïr,I don't remember,I think it was training and Desmond too.
TheGamerPro87 what I assume is happening people is desmonds assassins blood line is ended but people aren't getting he wasint the only assassin blood line out there since they killed off desmond u can go throw a 100 more blood lines
Ubisoft, I will give you this one chance. I abstained from buying AC4 at launch, then picked it up around March, and became a fan. Every other Assassin's Creed I have bought at launch, and since Brotherhood, I have seen the series deviate from what it should be. Unity has the potential, from everything I've seen, to scratch the niche that the first did while retaining all the flair and style of the early Ezio Era. Actual combat, actual stealth, and a story worthy of admiration. Give me these things, Ubisoft, and you may cut my wallet dry.
I really hope this Templar lady is a significant part of the game, I remember watching the Black Flag CGI trailer and at the end of it there was that ship called the 'Delicia', then in the actuel game that ship had no significants whatsoever, same with that Captain in the red uniform in the trailer who gets his head crushed by the ship wheel, I don't recall seeing him in the final game at all.
Connor Kenway He doesn't have likes because the sheep like their little anarcho-liberal terrorist group called Assassins, killing indiscriminately and spreading chaos. Only the few have enough understanding of the nature of man to support the Templars, who bring the much needed order and stability to a violent species.
I'm doubting this will happen in this game, or any upcoming AC game. But, wouldn't it be interesting if the Assassins and Templars had to combine forces to deal with a third threat? Kinda like Connor and Haytham did, but for a much longer period and with multiple members from each faction.
Yeah, that was a pretty bad mistake. Also at one point the guy who is holding Elise near the guillotine has a mustache and then he doesn't. It's like they switched them at that part by accident.
yep, they're great, but two weeks agora they showed us the "who wants to rule the world" that was great, but I would like to see a little more of the game.
woow amazing i hope you guys can make another gameplay but of the night i always wanted to see paris at night where else can i see paris other than ac unity
Back when Ubisoft made god-tier games people were extremely excited for and the trailers were like short movies. I hope one day they steer back to this path.
The setting was so amazing, the trailers were some of the best I've ever seen; on par with MGSV, but the final game was lacking in really good-looking scenes like 2:13-2:18.
Bryan Wheelock Bryan Wheelock I really have to agree with the comparison to Metal Gear Solid. Both games were good ( -coughs- both not good enough as we expected, to be honest ) and had amazing trailers. And it really did lack scenes of Arno and Élise doing synchronized attacks/being back to back/etc scenes. It would have been amazing if we had content like that. As for you latter question: of course there is no concrete answer to this, but... This Élise's announcement trailer, so... :p
That was basically a suped-up AC1 trailer mixed with Brotherhood. Working way through crowd, dispatching guards in front of the masses, slow-mo air assassinating an executioner, cut to black before seemingly hopeless fight... I'm not irritated by this, I just kinda hope this was intentional
The similarities between this and the trailer for Altair couldn't have been an accident. I think Arno is likely to be a more stoic assassin than Ezio and Edward.
