Ok, but once in the lead, the opponents can't keep up, so their AI is set to low for the ability of the driver, they should be able to pressure at the back, anything else is nothing of a performance, just a showaround.
The texture on that car is fantastic. It’s so crisp. I got a rift today and I’m getting a 50 dollar flight setup first and my friend has a 250 dollar driving setup to play this. I’m gonna try it and save up money and start racing here

Sweet video dude!, i just bought the game (£10 on but i'm gonna wait a couple of days til i get a recently ordered steering wheel and pedals. (Ryzen 7 1700x, GTX1080ti, Vive). Nice touch at the end when you pulled over and looked at the other cars passing. Again, nice job!
@@hdr117 Hey there,I have some recordings about 5 years ago on my channel of me playing this game with the specs and it ran with no issues so I'd say you should be fine, however 5 years is a long time for PC components,you should be able to get a better specced version of what I had.
Good race and video. A lot of people recording VR gameplay are hard to watch due to looking around too quickly. Your video was easy on the eyes to watch. TY. Also I just picked up my very own Oculus Rift yesterday and I'm looking forward to jumping in some racing games. I just hope my videos can be as smooth as ours.

Daniel G. No assists were used, ABS set on factory so no ABS either lol. Yes, th8a shifter was used in the H shifter configuration. Gotta make sure to heel-toe and you can see me heel-toeing it in the little pedal display. The car is a handful but very enjoyable.
What desktop monitor resolution is this comparable with? 1080p-like or 1440p like, i mean not the resolution it outputs or ppi , but viewing distance matters also.

Thanks! I7 4790k stock, 16gb 1866mhz ram, gtx 1080 overclocked to a steady 2012mhz. Some mods for assetto corsa were used and they greatly improve the visuals.
How exhausted is your CPU during 4K VR (if known) ? Did you overclock your GTX yourself or is it an overclocked basis version ? And what mods did you use ? Thx of course for that quick reply :D ... did not expect an answer so soon :)

a pity that this quality you see in the youtube video is not the same you see inside the VR, there is a lot more pixelated graphics and motion sickness might affect lots of people (like me)
Rafael Cordoba this is recorded with 1.6 SS and what you see here is what you get in the headset. I've have a number of people experience VR racing on my setup, some do get nauseous, some don't. I just had a friend on it for a continuous 2 hour session with no problems what's so ever, it was his first time. It's the same thing with car rides, boat rides, amusement park rides, some people get motion sickness and some dont.
Good afternoon. I have a very similar computer (Spec wise) to you. My VR quality (Oculus CV1) is far inferior to yours. What are your settings in Assetto corsa to get graphics this nice? Which mods are you applying?
Alex Hunt HI, it's supersampled to 1.3 in this video and I'm using the natural graphics mod, along with some weather mods. The PPF'S are on and set to default (instructions come with the natural graphics mod). I currently have a 1080ti that's able to run the same settings a 1.6 SS. I can post the weather mod name once I get a chance if you're interested (currently away from home).
Just a quick question, the GTX 1080 has only one HDMI port and three DisplayPort connectors. My 4k TV/monitor only has an HDMI input, the oculus also needs an HDMI port, can I use an adapter (DisplayPort ti HDMI) for the oculus?
I also just noticed my (DisplayPort to HDMI) adapter from Bestbuy is not 4k, it is an Insignia and says the following: connect your computer's DisplayPort interface to an HDMI type-A input and supports up to 1920 x 1080p resolution. :(
A friend of mine uses CV1 and for me it is totally blurry and my eyes can not adjust to it and what i c here is way better. Is this a setting problem or is this the way it is suppose to be. I was wondering if what i c here is the actual look when they are on your head
Mcq Cjc your friend can sharpen the image out using supersampling depending on if his gpu can handle it. This was recorded with 50% more pixels than intended.
He has some decent gtx with 6 G RamIt looks like u had some sort of eye disease or a dense fog. Also huge problems if u try to catch focus with your eyes when looking at far/close objects. Your picture is as sharp as knife
