the only changing in car setup is mguk delivery: no deploy (manual control) When you reach top speed, keep tapping the kers button but don't hold it, and you'll be able to maintain speed using minimal battery. hope this helps you

I think you can change them actually, unless I'm wrong...

You can change the gear ratios but the final gear tops out at 230mph whatever you do, which is a shame since the car is definitely capable of alot more than that

I just press the KERS (or whatever it's called) button. Setting the mguk to manual will only release the extra power when you press the KERS button. This gives you accurate control over battery usage and ensures that you have enough power for the final big straight line

The real-world runs were necessarily slower. Remember - we sim racers don’t have to contend with 4-5G per corner, 170-something times per lap.

It is very close to the real car. Timo drove carefully. Porsche didn't let him do more laps to improve 5:19 further, I read.

@@jakubkrcma It's not close at all. There's absolutely no way Timo could have improved the lap time by another 19 seconds or so.

I don't think RSS had enough data to accurately simulate the 919 Evo. Besides AC is rather old at this point. The game's engine has its limitations there's only so much simulation the engine can handle regardless of how much data you throw at it. ACC in comparison is significantly more advanced and accurate. Shame that it's only limited to GT3 and GT4 cars.

@@EarthIsFlat456 In Spa, the real car is only 3% slower than the simulated one. There is no reason why that should change on the Nordschleife to 13%. Timo drove so slowly that the real car can do a better time even without using electric motors at all. 😱 I did 5:02 in a few tries with the ICE only. 5:18 is fully doable IRL for a driver of Timo's calibre without using electric motors. And most of that difference of 16 seconds isn't actual performance delta, just driving more carefully.
