Fun fact: The song that plays when you do your legion fusion is called "Dark hero" and the singer is male if you pick the male avatar or female if you pick the female avatar.
@@lynkedworld You are not. I personally prefer the female version, but I think the male version's instrumental part fits the game better, so I'd say it's a tie for me.
After seeing this in the game. Akira has to be in smash and his/her final smash should be the fusion. The legions could be controlled somewhat in normal combat and be somewhat like Joker’s persona. Of course add both Akira’s as echo fighters. Only difference is that Male Akira has sword legion and female Akira has arrow legion. Sakurai make it happen
My wishlist (which would only really be doable with DLC-character-levels of care) would be the Legion functions like Rosalina’s Luma and goes on cooldown after being attacked enough, and you select an active legion like you do Shulk’s monado arts. A Button attacks would all be X-Baton based, with active legions providing support during Smash Attacks or the other 3 B Moves.
I believe that as the final smash may be a bit too spoilery. I'm thinking more of a cinematic final smash utilizing Legion Rush For the start up which will send all who get hit by it into a cut scene where of which Hit Rush is used with all 5 legions.
11:15 that button mashing can very. I was able to start that segment while Dark hero was transitioning more slower then it was bumping up when the camera got closer to Akira and they’re twin. All the while I kept laughing hysterically, thinking why is this game so much fun.

Protagonist and Akira's battle is like watching two EVA'S berserk going at each other's throat. (That and Grace & Glory from Bayonetta) Where da hell's my money? I'm soooo going to buy this.

Check Special snowflake new recruit who happens to be related to a high ranking member of a secretive organization meant to protect humanity? Check Mad scientist who creates a giant god creature to house the consciousness of all of humanity? Check
This gives me Lumen sage vs. Bayonetta vibes because both characters have similar speeds for their attacks so this will be INTERESTING to say the least. Platinum always delivers.

Am I the only one that's annoyed at the fact that we can't get the "Raven style" look for our own legions? Theirs is out here looking super badass and we're just stuck using the originals!
I played with control type C which has Y as your human attack button and when it prompts you to mash during the ORA ORA ORA it has you do ZL and Y instead of ZR. Just thought that was interesting, it's legion and meat person attacking at once and not just a preset button mash.

9s is badass when he goes mad in the latter sections of the game. During the earlier parts he's just that sexy nerd who's at least decent in combat but not very exceptional
Yet another reason why it was fucking stupid to make the protagonist silent. He could’ve said so many things there that could have made this scene amazing. Instead it’s awkward af cuz all he does is gawk.
if i had a nickle for every platinum game where you fight clones of someone close to the protagonist i'de have have 2 nickles, which isnt a lot but its weird it happend twice right?
This is one of the Switch's lifelines for sure. I love Nintendo, but they're sadly drowning the thing in tired re-makes, re-hashes, shameless re-releases and endless 2.5D invasions. And endless delays. Breath and Odyssey are pretty overrated for what they are too. _This_ , exactly this is what Nintendo need _so much more_ of!!
@@williamharmon4039 i know...i just wish that form is part of the main 5 Legions the player uses ^^; As its last resort of course, like with Nier's Self-Destruct (2b and 9s) and Berserker Mode (a2)

the game looks pretty good but can they make a game where when you make a character or when you create one can it at least have some dialogue so they can interact with other characters or something like that.
Hey man, they both have their perks. Besides, the PS4 has gotten some pretty sick games added to their library the past year. I own both a Switch and PS4 btw, so I'm not talking out of my ass here.

I think the protagonist is Link but human version and suck. I mean, the clone of Akira were stabbing the real one and he didn't anything to save her only screaming a little.
Plot convenience and cutscene induced incompetence for the sake of drama Considering the protagonist did step in to save Akira when they were being attacked by Jena and had to move a greater distance, it is proven that they were capable of it and the writers probably couldn't think of a better way to have Akira's mortal injury and rampage happen

@@doommaster956 That's what I chose to assume as well after some further thought because it makes sense and doesn't make anyone out to be inexplicably incompetent, but I was just pointing out what I had at the time thought was the probable explanation from a design and storytelling standpoint
@@sonymicronin So was the male character, not to mention that there's a promotional piece of art for the game featuring him and Bayonetta. And even if he is the protagonist, there's still female Akira, who is very much a badass woman, even more so because she is voice acted. Like I said, there are arguments for both, and there's no official statement, so it really is neither.
