I was just reading about this yesterday after I heard about it on a podcast! I wasn't planning to try it out but maybe this is a sign 👀

I finally realized that I've astral projected before and didn't realize it.. The times I've seen red vines / black moving type vine line things , that was apart of my astral projection and I didn't realize it til last night because while I was following what the video said it happened again and what you said in the video happened to me, my body was going through strong vibrations like energy going through my body , the black vines was like a ball of moving hair like how in the movie venom the venom stuff moved in a weird way it was kinda like that but it was floating to the side of me and the vibrations got stronger , at first I was really scared but then I remembered the video said that you have to control your emotions because if you feel fear you'll get scary stuff , if you feel calm you'll get good stuff . so I tried my best to calm myself and think happy thoughts , I slow reached out to it and could feel the energy of it , while the energy was around my hand when I started to calm down it stopped being so scary and I actually started thinking about humming birds and the black energy around my hand became the form of a humming bird , like it really looked like a humming bird without color , it was moving its little wings really fast and hovering to the side of my hand and above my hand , it made me excited . and no I wasn't dreaming because I was able to sit up, I still heard the cars outside and I could still see my cat above me on the side of the couch and I'm able to remember it 100%. I hope this was an actual form of astral projection.

I've done some astral projection. It was really difficult and dangerous and I think I might've messed it up when I tried it. I didn't manage my emotions and thoughts before trying it. This video is very helpful and I'll keep it in mind for the next time I try. My boyfriend is also trying to get into things like astral projection and the occult and I'll recommend your channel to him.

One correction I can suggest is that Astral Projection isn't just the consciousness leaving the body...it is your soul itself leaving your body. Astral Travel is the one where only your consciousness leaves but you still have a physical awareness of your body. **edit** I recommend watching a RU-vidr named Ryan Cropper. He has a wealth of knowledge on the topic of Astral Projection!

You can actually shift through an astral projection. I found astral projection too be so much easier for me than shifting so accessing realitys through there was a lot easier. I like too think of it like going too your CR but you scripted that you are really good at shifting instead. (Sorta) Theres more too the astral plane just shifting though 😀

SERIOUS QUESTION: Can you astral project while asleep? Or are they just nightmares about astral projecting? I often feel myself detach from my body and go to the astral realm in the middle of the night. There I meet with other beings, often spirt guides who answer my questions. Also, have had some bad experiences where scary entities tortured me with my worst fears. (Definitely have PTSD from that)I'm just very curious because I have had a lot of trouble with reality shifting and lucid dreaming but this happens to me most nights.

I think I was about to astro project by accident the other day (I was trying to shift lol). I had already fallen asleep but that night I woke up out of the blue and then I went to sleep again but this time my body felt really relaxed, and I did not struggle at all to fall asleep (normally when I try to sleep my mind starts thinking abt random things all at one), but like I think I was still conscious? then I felt as if my sould was leaving my body and as if I was starting to levitate. In the end I got scared and I opened my eyes BDJAKSBDBS

I think I may have done that a little bit when I was trying to shift. Like my body was asleep but it felt like I was up and awake. My body just sorta lurched upwards and fell to the side and I thought that I was abt to shift or smth so my dumbass just sat there laying face down with my eyes shut sinking through the mattress getting excited and trying to affirm to just wake up.
