Oh my gosh…..I’m SO HAPPY that I just ran across this video!!! The past few months I’ve had these “nightmares” (or so I thought) just as I was about to fall asleep and I was falling, falling, falling down into darkness. And I could see myself falling. Everytime I woke up trying to scream. Then a couple weeks ago, I had an OBE and what you described is exactly what happened to me. I sleep on my stomach but as I was falling asleep, I noticed myself on my back with one foot on the floor and one still on the bed (my physical body was still on my stomach) and I came out of my body and lifted up to the ceiling. With this AND the falling, I felt my stomach drop like you do in an elevator. Anyway, I’m afraid of heights and when I was up at the ceiling and realized that I was up there, I was terrified I was going to fall. Then…. I was immediately sucked back into my body and again, woke up trying to scream. I have been researching so much, trying to figure out what has been going on, as I have never experienced anything like this. I just found in the last week or so that I believe this is what I’m trying to do but had no idea and have never known anything about astral travel. I’m excited to learn more and am ready. Thank you for this and I will check out your website Jade. I feel like you were both talking to me, Thank you!!!

I have a question. If my neighbor wrote a number on his kitchen floor and if I astral travel to go “in spirit” to his kitchen, will I be able to read that number?
