How would they perfectly stitch together this 2 minute video, let alone the 1 hour tour of the ISS. It would cost more money trying to replicate 0 G than it would actually sending people to space! It is really hard to tell someone who thinks that something is false, that the thing is real, when the person sticks to biased sources that tells it's false, and doesn't go beyond them. Ever researched "astrophotography"? Or telescopes? Are you aware that, given you live in a place with low light pollution, you can see and photograph the ISS when it passes above your head, or in front of the sun/moon? That you can even see it with your naked eye in ideal weather and light conditions? There are astronomy apps that allow you to track its route. Start there. Good luck.
