This is exactly like the one I've did an test run gameplay on the Sega Saturn emulator, Asuka 120% Limited, yet this one is the previous versions on the PC Engine CD (aka TurboGrafx CD in English). (Yet, there's even one for the PSX too, which is another updated port of this version, before the Saturn one later soon with more modern and enhanced graphics.) As like before, there's still no English Patched for any of them so far just yet, so hopefully soon.
