Many countries have similar roots, so I literally think its a waste of time arguing which country is the custodian of meal. Better spend your time learning the recipe and doing wonderful things in the kitchen
I don't understand how people will dislike this video 🙄. Humans are wicked. Thank you for this video. You're one of the reasons I have know how to cook as good as I can and why my girlfriend gets jealous cause I can cook too.
I’m here learning so I can make it for my 🇳🇬’n husband, he’s been eating Haitian food only since we got married, which he seems to enjoy but I wanna bring memories to the table for him🥰
OMG, just finished this video in the parking lot, and took a detour to an African store to get goat meat and cook this delicacy for dinner. Thank you so much Jemimah. You and @Zeelicious are awesome at promoting #ProudlyNigerian. Love you both 💯🥰👍⚘⚘⚘
Did I mention my family of 5 loved this delicacy? They literally devoured it before I could add water and the peppers at the end. So I made half&half. This will be how i eat jollof with goat meat 🤤🤤🤤
I already parboiled my goatmeat before seeing this. I just oiled my oven sheet with margarine, arranged the goat meat and put it inside the oven for 2mins or so. I turned them over when I perceived that slight burnt flavour 😄turned out really great👍
Hi there. I enjoyed watching and following your recipes. I am a chinese married to a nigerian. My husband loved the goat meat stew and I enjoy making the sauce to keep and use for jollof, stew etc. I hope you can do a video on isi ewu (goat head in spicy saice)? Its my husband's fav food. Thank you so much. Keep up the good work. ♥️♥️
As I read another comment about your voice I must also confess, it is the sound of your accent that keeps me glued to your videos. You are so pleasant and I love the little tidbits of advice.
First tried this recipe with goat head as I would not get proper goat meat, then beef steak and now I am trying it with goat meat. Each time, the outcome has be finger licking delicious!! Thank you.
Very lovely recipe from my favorite youtuber...you inspired me to start my own food blogging channel... your videos are always so perfect and clean. Much love💕
I tried this recipe with boneless pork. It was absolutely amazing. I live in US and have to travel to find a place to buy goat meat so decided to give it a whirl. I was pleasantly surprised and will make it again without hesitation. OMG! My fingers got every drop of the peppers and sauce left on my plate🤦🏽♀️🤣🤣
Thanks so much . I am trying your asun recipe right now. So far so good . I did have an overcooked gist meat with my oven. I baked it at 180degrees centigrade for 40 minutes. I think I will reduce to 30 cos it was looking nearly cooked .
Thanks SisiJeremiah, simple & nice recipe. What if the electric grill is open & no cover, is it okay to use a foil to wrap it & place it ontop or just put the meat on top like that ?

Hey Sisi Jemimah thanks for the video. Looks tasty. Your recipes are not only a beauty to behold but they taste sooooo good. Come to think of it, where can one get goat meat with skin in London. Your video is the first I’m seeing goat meat with skin since relocating to the UK.
