No button, it’s overclocked already. Just make sure the BIOS switch on the GPU is on the performance side instead of the silent. You can also further overclock the overclocked (if that makes sense) using other programs.
The biggest difference would be the cooling system in this card would be superior vs the founders edition. This one has a higher overclock, but not much to make much of a huge difference
not much it just has a slight higher Boots Clock speed all the Strix Cards do. if you want real performance you gotta get the 4070 Ti Super OC which use the same 304 die as the 4080. only down side to it is that they say its on par to a 4080 but its more like a 4075/4079 if there was one. when i had my 4070 Super OC i found that my games like Helldivers 2 at 1440p max was dropping to 60 fps or sometimes 50 when in a co-op with 3 other players so to get stable fps i had to set it to native res. and RE4R maxed at 1440p will use 13gb so ill get 60 to 70fps with RT on with RT set to high & 75 to 88 with RT OFF on the 4070 Ti Super OC with the same settings it drops from 13gb to 12gb Maxed with 120 to 130fps with RT Off with no FSR1 or FSR2 with RT On set to high brings it to 13..77GB and getting 96 to 113fps also with out FSR1 or FSR2 on. you might wanna check it out.
At 1:42 you show what looks like an exposed chip. While unboxing mine and looking at it, I accidentally touched it while examining the graphics card. Is the card going to have any problems? UPDATE in case anyone's interested in this issue: I've put the GPU through a couple of stress tests Including Heaven, 3dMark's Speedway and Matthew-x83's gpu test. It seems to be running fine.
@@gurpindersinghmuttar considering how much I game, yes. Even if i only played 250 hours per year, i would still be paying less than a .50 cents a day to own my GPU. That's not bad considering mine didn't last as long as many others do. 5+ years is not at all out of the question, and at that point. It's pennies a day. It all comes down to how much you game and how much you value having a smooth and good looking experience.
i was going to get this but said F it and got the 4070 Ti Super OC as games now using the 12gb i was like let me just future proof it. dam less then 2 months i when from a 4070FE to an 4070 Super OC to now a 4070 Ti Super OC was gonna get the Strix but for the extra $200 ill just get the 4080 Super
