@@bobnorman3094 nice. But note that it depends on the compression level for the brand you use. Thermaltake doesn't compress much, while gelid is a lot softer
Hey thanks for the video. My tuf came with wobbling fans, so I am going to replace them. Having opened the card, do you know if I can replace all 3 fans without taking off the heatsink?
Would this waterblock fit in the NZXT H1? Im getting a TUF 3080 for H1 because I know it fits but i dont know if this AIO for the GPU will fit. Would you know?
Depends on the block you purchase. With the bitspower you have to use the included plate that comes with the block. The original cooler and backplate are much longer than the pcb, thats why. Other blocks maybe barrow blocks may be the lenght of the original cooler and allow you to keep the backplate. This is the case with the vision 3080 and barrow block.
Great video! Thanks for sharing. Two questions: at performance level what is the benefit in a daily usage, I mean, is just for benchmarking or does it run better at stable OC MHz? I that case what are the OC / Mem setting that are you using? I found in my card that it doesn’t support to much memory OC because the temperature. I guess with WC I’d raise the mem OC The second question is about the pump and installing the liquid part. I all reviews I’ve seen always end up with the kit installed but not the pump, tubes and liquid. As I am a newbie with WC I don’t know what are rev caution should I consider and also what part should I buy to complete the kit. Thanks for your advises!
First Question: Water cooled cards generally run cooler and quieter (overall system). The cooler aspect can lead to slightly higher clocks, but to be clear, it does not justify the price. You must want lower temperatures, potentially longer lifespan from lower temperatures, lower noise levels, looks, or possibly just the pride of a water cooled PC. In most circumstances, the WC'd card will perform only 1% or so higher in processing performance. It's an estimate, but it's an educated one. Second Question: In recent years, the pump is most commonly a part of the reservoir. This leads to it often not needing to be specifically installed. There are certainly exceptions to this, but for a first time watercooler, I'd suggest sticking with a reservoir that has a pump attached. It will result in a clean combo unit with less chances of leaking.
@@wreilly09 There is also a justification for using water cooled systems in extreme environments, i live in AZ where the temps can hit 120+ F. You are lucky if your house is 80 and that is a relief! so having my temps as low as possible and consistent with the air temp is huge for me.

I was wondering the same thing. Have you tried swapping the pads on the asus tuf 3090? I was trying to figure out if its the same process and the pad thickness sizes.
