I have a question, does the desk stay flat if you just want to use it flat? I see that it tilts easily and want to make sure it can stay un tilted for when I don't want it to tilt it.

I don’t seem to have a problem with it tilting on me when I don’t want it to move I think you can tighten the bolt to make it more stiff or more loose

Can you Put this desk on the left side of your couch/recliner or is it stuck in the right sided position? I don't know if the surface of the desk can rotate on the shaft in order for me to put it on the left side of my chair. Thanks
