Honestly this was great! My Apple Watch says I definitely did 2500 steps and I burned more calories than a 20 min HIIT workout with less strain on my knees. Very nice

Found this by accident and really enjoyed the workout! I think you're the only instructor on RU-vid that doesn't talk! THANKS! Also, like the preview of the next exercise on the bottom of the screen. If I have one complaint its that the music is not synced to the movements, but in the long-run, its not that important. I'll definitely be back to check out other videos and will share with friends. Thank you!!

Yessss! This is so speed , I like it . Just did it 2836 steps for me , fantastic , it is much better the graphics of the preview placed at the bottom, it is more visible. Good workout! Liked the use of upper & lower body. Laughed a few times at myself because I was a little uncoordinated. Low impact but got my breathing going and got sweaty.

do these every morning, 5 days a week, but do the longer sessions, if I don't get to my target, I work from home, so have to move, because sitting with a computer in front of you is no joke, these exercises helps, mentally for me. thanks Brian 😊
