This is an extreme inner groove test record, this last track ends 0.5cm from the label, is cut pretty much at 0dB and has no treble attenuation at all, making it prone to upset even a Microline stylus.
Anyone with a keen ear will notice how the audio quality drops as the record plays, with the last track sounding the worst. Part of that is a conscious decision by the cutting engineer: Reduce the volume and attenuate the treble as to make normal styli track better close to the label where space is limited and grooves get squished together, and apart from that, normally songs end 1cm from the label or even father, as the closer they get to it the worse they sound. This is an extreme case and an unusual scenario: The record is cut at the same volume throughout and has no treble attenuation in the last tracks, furthermore, this song ends so close to the label it leaves pretty much no space for a runout groove. And yet, this video sounds better than the copyright control recording, go figure. Just confirms my theory, these people care more about earning 5 cents from this video than to preserve music history with quality recordings.
