Atezr P20 plus- update and jig kit 

Great video! I am ordering the p20, extension kit and rotary chuck this weekend. I can’t wait to get the jigs and get it all put together. Thank you for these videos.

Ps. Build the enclosure to the maximum size in case you get the extension. I grabbed the extension for xtool d1 20pro and love it. When you have the extra capability you always find a way to use it. Worth the money in my opinion.

When your jig kit is ready for Atezr P20. I'll try it on my Atezr V35 to see if it will work with it. Or what mod it will need to work with it. The frame looks the same. Thank you for all your hard work!

this is the machine I bought, still figuring settings since they were wrong when I setup, I also need a formatted sd card since did not come with one, and need to look-up your video for material test since the settings in the manual do not work.

Hey man I just wanted to say I really enjoy watching your content. Between you and @builddadbuild is where I feel I get the most genuine reviews and feedback regarding laser engravers. My wife and I are looking at expanding our laser family and I'm still trying to decide if I should stay with xTool or go with Atezr. Leaning toward the latter at this time though.

Your Atezr P20 Jig kit will work with Atezr V35. NO modification needed!

I am new to the laser game and just got the P20 yesterday. Can you explain what the jig is for? Very curious.

What speed and power would you use to burn the jigs and templates? I tried burning 1/4" box store plywood with the settings in Lightburn ... made a mess of the plywood and couldn't get a clean burn through on my ATEZR P20. BTW, I really appreciate your videos ... I am learning a lot!

I got it cut out and put together. Trying to mark zero, zero on it. That would be a great addition fwiw. Some kind of reference point to bed. Maybe put a 10mm scale on a portion of it. Doesn't look like there is any way to have the squaring jig at y=0, seems like closest I can get is y=13, is that accurate? I have fixed jig at top of machine. I find no reference detailing where it goes but I put it at bottom and it took up way too much bed space. Maybe I just need to engrave a 430x430 box with it installed and use those lines as reference. Is it protruding into bed or will it be at 430? I am learning this, brand new to diode coming from cnc world, I am really struggling to find zero zero with machine. I want to be able to have a fence reference to put an existing item to and engrave onto it in an accurate position. I'll figure out a workflow but I am pretty much blind to where the laser dot is, I hit fire in lightburn and it never stays on long enough. I frame with laser on and that works but again I would like to engrave in a predetermined position. Maybe I need to turn down framing speed somehow cause this thing flies. Sorry for rant. I am really lost on where your jig lines up to bed and how to transfer that point to lightburn.

Hello sir. About to pull the trigger on atzer p20. Can I run in a garage with door open and fan or is an encloser a must have. I'm planning on getting the atzer AS enclosure but not sure it it's 100% necessary. Like in CA so weather is not usually a problem. Any advice is welcome

Found something About the Atezr V35 Plus I don't like! Limit switch dose not work on the back rail! If you run your gantry to thre back side it will hit the rail!

I just downloaded the new jig. What thickness of material did you use? Also, please confirm the power/speed/pass settings your used. The patterns say 18.9in/min at 60% power (480 mm/m at 60%) with 2 passes. Will that setting cut 5mm Luan? I tried to engrave the plastic bump card and had a horrible result. Keeping in mind that I've not yet tried to etch/engrave acrylic yet, I used the Atezr table in the owner's manual to set my speed and power. Well, it did not engrave/etch the acrylic, it burnt through to my waste board and engraved it. What did I do wrong?
