Help them do what exactly?? Those apartments been like that for years. That area been like that for years. Them going to the state asking for help in this economy wasn't the solution. The only thing that's about to happen is gentrification now in that area. Home improvement is simple and one thing, if the property is mismanaged that's another.

Most apartments that are not new builds look like they should be demolished! You can tell these places haven’t been maintained nor upgraded but rent goes up yearly. Tired of the greed and corruption of this country! Is there no one that cares?

@@OllieLibsstink if you're on any sort of assistance they make it increasingly difficult to move, as too many properties that will accept assistance are in as bad or worse a state than the one you're in.... a lot of landlords refuse to accept assistance... that prevents people from just moving too.... it's also price range of anyplace decent or safe to live... in my area every available unit that takes assistance is in the most dangerous parts of the cities you find them in, usually in poor shape, except for the housing owned directly by those cities... and that housing has 10 plus year waiting lists....
