When a judge that is literally the godmother of one of the witnesses in a case and that family calls her Aunty Bev is allowed to remain on that case you know the judicial system has reached it's full potential of corruption.
Who is her godchild?? Fact lead investigator is close to all the people that the Commonwealth says are witnesses should really be investigated! This case is so bad should have never even gone to trial! I have turn all my coworkers on to this and they are disgusted by the DA office and Juude and think Karen in 110 percent innocent! Mind you we all law enforcement officers myself with 15 years on the job and coworkers with all close 25 years plus!!!
@@Physics072 Wow! When I recently started watching this trial, I had no background info but felt that the judge is biased in favor of the state. Now I see and hear all these connections and all the people who feel as I do. It's a sham for her not to recognize her connections at the very least. Instead she is denying everything. Free Karen.
This judge is a joke. She shows total disdain for the defense. Huffing and puffing and annoyingly sighing into the microphone when the defense is trying to make a point. Unprofessional.
@@Physics072 It happened on Feb 16th. To be fair, it wasn't a hit and run. She immediately pulled over ,rendered aid, and called 911. She just didn't make a public statement until over 6 weeks later. She was cited for failing to yield to a pedestrian. She requested a breathalyzer, her BAC was 0.00%. Also, he's not blind (he walks with a cane), and he wasn't left crippled... He had a cut on the right side of his head and had some knee pain. DO NOT GET ME WRONG! She should have made a statement much, much sooner, but she didn't do/not do what you stated.

The injuries were severe and no apology given by her only she wishes (She) that that the news found out before (And if) she ever went public. Yesterday the townies attacked TB and his GF on film in public. Police news etc. Town of corruption and bullies. Property values are dropping, maybe you could move there.
I've only been following this case for a month. That judge is off the chain. I've never seen rulings such as hers and her disdain for the defense is evident
Same. I hope the jurors have no connection or cannot be paid off like the judge. If Karen is guilty whatsoever then we know the entire courtroom was corrupt and the feds should hold every single person, even the jury, accountable
Watching the trial from Canada. The corruption in that town is wide open for the world to witness. The judge, in my opinion is tainted with bias and I feel she’s looking for revenge through a trial that she will conduct the orchestra. She is a dirty judge and should have recused herself.

Yep. I started watching this not knowing a single thing about the case or her and from day 1 I was enraged at her bias and OBVIOUS connection to the prosecution side. And I believe the fact that she allows objections without explaining them is so she can sustain them without reason and be sneaky but unfortunately for Bev, Karen has 2 AMAZING lawyers. Alan Jackson has a 96% success rate & Yanetti was named one of the best lawyers in America for 3 straight years.
Bev has 100% controlled certain things from coming out for the CW, continue to make rude comments and snap at defense for no reason, and even sustained many legitimately asked questions in the proper form. It shocking this is allowed to happen.
There should be immediate consequenses for Bev's actions and unethical behavior. She has almost total disregard for Karen's rights and Karen's dire circumstance of her life hanging in the balance! Bev shows more concern about the rights of the jury

The justice system is so corrupt even the Judge can't let her ego go for the sake of justice. It's time people started protesting at the homes of these corrupt government employees.
Three months ago this judge was impatient, asking in a very strange way if the hearing was over yet, like she was in a road trip, I would be scare to death.

One of the very specific reasons for the Bar Association is to remove judges that can't recuse themselves. If the defense didn't file a complaint with the Bar on day one they are as guilty as the judge that should have recused herself.

this judge was the same woman in the Micheal Chesna case where she was obviously wasted out of her mind and declared a mistrial. Hopefully she got some help for her alcoholism but I can see this case going very bad for Karen who is innocent. This judge is beyond biased and I cannot believe she didn't recuse herself.
Since she didn't recuse herself Isnt their a higher court that can over ride her and investigate her relationship with witnesses....in which i really think that the Defense Atty is on it! He'll find her out, i bet!!
I just looked her up after the schit show we have seen this week. Her letting in the “harassment” of the common wealth’s amnesiac “witnesses” was absolutely unreal. U would think this court would do EVERYTHING to show they are being beyond reproach. But it’s almost like they are ALL doubling down and it doesn’t sound, look, or feel right.

I would love to see Roberts phone data. She was everywhere that morning; at McCabes, at John O'Keefe's Home, drove them all to 34 Fairview, allegedly called Karen "Crazy" according to JMc Testimony, at the scene, at John's body, took Karen to Hospital but was called back to scene, picked up John OKeefe's Parents, to Hospital. Thereafter with Jennifer at interviews and visits OKeefe Parents and a car meeting with wife of Investigator.

Until they go too far... This isn't some weird Idaho 4 conspiracy theories.... I understand that reaction there. But, from just 1 day of researching this case, something doesn't smell right here. I hate to say it but it's true. Police are humans just like the rest of us.
From Reports, there are details of 23 People at Scene, includes within the Albert's Home, yard. And Chloe the Dog. And Experienced Plow Driver. People that potentially have details of what happened on iPhone; Apple Health Data, 360 Family App, Times, Movements.
So much more truth, concerning this judge and the prosecution side, has been revealed by day 17.. it is literally painful to watch this trial, to watch this judge making every effort blatantly making every effort to see to it that Karen Reed does not receive a fair trial, all due to her close relationship with those on the side of the prosecution

If the rumors are untrue there is no need to say they are unsubstantiated. If they are true, then someone who is less than truthful might say that they are both "untrue and unsubstantiated."
She is blatantly biased, constantly telling defense move along, sighing, acting bored. Defense is on not taking ONE WEEK!! Trial has been hard to watch, obviously he was beaten in the house.they

@@pepsisaelee9460 well since the government has immunity, Karen isn’t gonna be able to sue any of them, unless she sues them in civil court, and anybody that works for the government has immunity from that
Just started following this trial a few weeks ago. I knew absolutely nothing about this trial. Nothing! As I started watching it, I thought, this judge seems extremely biased in her execution of justice. She flips and jumps around so much in how she exercises her authority. And it really, really appears that she favors one side over the other. Now reading this makes so much sense. It’s sad that she’s not good at her job. If she was a professional, you’d be able to see it in how she handles both with equality. She’s not just a little one sided , she is extremely one sided. Now I know why. She really should recuse herself. She is way too close to this situation. It’s affecting her better judgment.
Why shouldn’t she if there’s even a reasonable doubt that she’s friends with the prosecution witnesses which are most likely police officers.. “Unsubstantiated Rumors” Then why can’t another judge preside for everyone’s peace of mind ..?
