I think youre missing the point about the hiding behind islands thing. Yes its viable, yes its the meta strategy, but it is not fun nor engaging, in my opinion. You dont have to be new to the game to thing driving back and forth behind an island is boring.
Yes but what is fun about dying in 4 minutes and being useless for your team? If you like yoloing AI is much better for that. This game is not call of duty you should take time to think about strategy and positioning. Can you have fun getting a nice rush, sure but that is not the best strategy to win
